She varies her wording instead of repeating stock phrases. She speaks numbers and addresses the way a person does, and reads phone numbers back one digit at a time to confirm them. Asked what she is, she says she's a virtual assistant.

I already have an answering service.

My callers speak French.

Then most of the market can't serve you properly. Eva detects the language from the first words, answers entirely in it, and switches mid call if the caller does, with no announcement.
