Listen to the recordings and judge for yourself. That's the only honest answer to this one. What's behind it: voices are auditioned and chosen, not assigned. She varies her wording instead of repeating stock phrases. She speaks numbers and addresses the way a person does, and reads phone numbers back one digit at a time to confirm them. Asked what she is, she says she's a virtual assistant.

I already have an answering service.

A service takes a message. Somebody on your team still has to read it, call back, and hope nobody booked elsewhere in the meantime. Eva books the job while the client's still on the phone, into your schedule, in your software. And an answering service will never call your old quotes back.

My callers speak French.

Accepted Answer

Then most of the market can't serve you properly. Eva detects the language from the first words, answers entirely in it, and switches mid call if the caller does, with no announcement. The voice catalog is split so a business serving both languages is never handed a voice that can't actually speak French. A bad French accent is worse than no French at all.

What if it breaks, or says something wrong?

Changes to how she speaks go through us and get previewed in her actual voice before they go live, so nothing reaches your client that hasn't been heard first. Wording that reads fine on a screen can garble when it's spoken aloud, which is exactly why it works this way. And you're not on your own with it. Setup is white glove and it stays that way.

Is this legal?

Consent is kept on a permanent record. Do not call is honored across phone and text at once. Calls go out only at reasonable hours in your client's own time zone, with attempt limits.
