Max is live: the quote chaser, working real lists
2 minutes read
Hi Sarah, it's Max calling for North Capital Roofing about the reroof quote from May. Still on your list?
Eva has answered the phone for a while now. Max is the other half of the front office, and as of this month he is on the phone for a small group of design partners. This is what he does, in the order he does it.
He reads the list
Max pulls the open quotes out of the software the business already uses, with the value and the date on each one. He sorts by what protects the most money: the quotes about to go cold and the largest ones first. There is no template. It is the business's own pipeline, in its own order.
He calls, and he books
The call names the quote and the price. It offers a real time off the real schedule. If the customer says yes, the job goes on the calendar while they are still on the line, and they get a text with the details. If they say no, Max thanks them and notes why. If they ask him to stop, he stops.

He counts it in money that arrived
A booking is attributed when it books and confirmed when the invoice is paid, reconciled against the business's own invoices every night. The two figures are kept apart on purpose. The one on the front page is what was collected.

One play is built and proven. Those are the ones coming after it. If your quote list is the right shape for the first one, the walkthrough is where we find out.
